Welcome to the Official Website of the City of Casper

Attention Homeowners:  Now Accepting World Changers Applications!
Once a year, the City of Casper partners with the international volunteer organization World Changers to help homeowners make repairs to their homes.  At this annual event, several hundred teenagers come from around the country to fix up houses in the Casper area.

The volunteers won't be here until the last week of June, but the application process is now open.  Applications must be filed by February 1, 2012.

To qualify for the program, homeowners must have low to moderate incomes. (For example, a family of four having a gross annual income of less than $52,650 may qualify for assistance).

Click here to learn more about the program or to file an application.
